Sherilyn A. Bunn

Sherilyn Bunn earned her B.S. in 1998 from the United States Military Academy (West Point), her J.D. from Washburn University School of Law in 2005, and her LL.M. (Master of Laws Degree with a specialization in criminal law) from the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School in 2010. She is licensed to practice law by the State Bars of Texas and Kansas, the Court of Criminal Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the United States Supreme Court.

Before entering private practice, Sherilyn served on active duty as an Army Officer. After being commissioned as a Second Lieutenant, Sherilyn served in numerous leadership positions within the Adjutant General Corps. Accepted into the Army’s Funded Legal Education Program, Sherilyn attended law school and was subsequently commissioned into the U.S. Army JAG Corps.

After graduating law school, Sherilyn spent five years serving as a prosecutor at Fort Bliss, Texas, where she ascended to the position as Chief of the Criminal Law Division for the 1st Armored Division and Fort Bliss. Over the course of these five years, Sherilyn tried numerous felony and misdemeanor cases including Murder, Manslaughter, Sexual Assault, Child Molestation, Child Pornography, DUI, and Drug Use/Possession/Sale. As a result of her experiences, Sherilyn understands how to attack extremely complex cases, which may result in a favorable outcome for your case.

Sherilyn’s practice includes all criminal defense matters before Military Courts Martial (all branches of service), Federal, and State Courts; criminal appellate matters before Military, Federal, and State Courts; Administrative Separation Hearings, nonjudicial punishment matters and medical for members of the Armed Services

Ashley Sifuentes is currently attending school for her degree in Legal Support and Services and is also pursuing to obtain her certification as a paralegal. She graduated from Clint High School where she was a Varsity Cheerleader and also played softball. She enjoys hiking and playing in a flag football league.
