Jason Staloski

Associate

Jason earned his B.A. from West Virginia University in 2010 and his J.D. from Widener University, Commonwealth School of Law in 2014. Prior to joining FBKN, he served as legal counsel to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, focusing on commercial real estate leasing, civil litigation, and legislative process law. In 2019, he was commissioned as an Army Officer into the Judge Advocate General’s Corps, where he represented the United States in criminal prosecutions and administrative actions. His dedication led him to volunteer for a litigation assignment in the Army’s Trial Defense Service, where he represented Soldiers in federal felony and misdemeanor trials at Court-Martial.

Jason handles real estate, lending, foreclosure and eviction, business disputes of all types, residential and commercial contract disputes, construction and related disputes, collection of debts and judgments, corporate matters, and business disputes, including partnerships, fraudulent transfer claims, manufacturer and vendor claims, and federal criminal defense.

Leticia's career in Real Estate transactional work spans over 15 years with concentration in Real Estate Commercial and lending transactions to include Construction Loan Agreements, Promissory Notes, Deeds of Trust, Guarantees, Modification, Renewal and Extension Agreements, and Collateral Assignment of Notes and Liens. Presently involved with El Paso Association of Legal Professionals and will pursue getting certified by NALS.
